Spotlight Pages:
Appearing in the program book could be very important to you because agents from New York to Los Angeles may receive a copy of it. Who knows, you could be discovered! We encourage you to make the most of this opportunity. Should you decide to purchase an advertisement for the purpose of having your photo seen or to thank your friends, family and sponsors for their support, you can buy a “Spotlight Page”. However, no commission will be given. Many Contestants have asked to purchase special advertising pages in the Official Pageant Program Book. We are making available full or half page ads.
As a Contestant, your photo is automatically included in our regular pageant lineup. The SPOTLIGHT PAGE is something extra. Many times your family, friends and other supporters want to give you added visibility. You may have more than one SPOTLIGHT PAGE.
Your photograph may appear in a half-page or full-page ad. We suggest using a variety of photos for ads, as they may be seen by agents and talent scouts. Photographs containing crowns or banners are not acceptable. Please label all photos with your name and placement of photo.
All Maine ads must be submitted by January 1, 2024.
All Massachusetts ads must be submitted by January 1, 2024.

Full Page (7.5" x 10")A print-ready ad is one that is submitted to our office as a completed digital file on a flash drive, the upload option at the bottom of this page, or via email to anthony@clementeorganization.com
High-Resolution JPG file
PDF files with all fonts, photos, logos embedded or InDesign files with all fonts pictures and logos included
Ads must be the exact dimensions listed above for the size you are requesting
If you are using an online design website such as Canva.com, please make sure to download the PDF Print version.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher files are NOT considered print-ready and will be charged the created ad price

- Include all the information you or your sponsor expects to see in the ad.

- Any emailed photos should be sent at 300DPI or greater.
- Please remember you can use your Creative Sparks program book photo for the ads which we will have on file.
